1. By submitting this form, I agree to become a voting member of the Gabriola Island Community Hall Association (GICHA) and will abide by its constitution and by-laws.

2. I agree to receive occasional communications from the Association via my email address.

3. I understand that this initial membership has no cost attached to it and is valid until further notice.

4. I am over the age of 16 and have lived on Gabriola for at least six months.

5. The membership will become valid on acceptance of this application by the GICHA Board.
